No setup fees on Cloud PBX. The Vicidial Installation is $100 one-time and includes server provisioning, full install, and test calls before handover.
How are outbound calls charged on Starter?
Per-minute rates by destination country, billed monthly. Request the rate sheet for your top destinations.
Can I add more agents to the Vicidial server?
Yes. The $70/mo plan covers up to 15 agents. Larger seat counts are quoted custom — usually a tiered server upgrade. Talk to us.
What does the $1500 custom skin include long-term?
Lifetime access — no annual renewals. You own the branded codebase. We deploy it to your server free of charge once. Future updates / theme refreshes are quoted separately if you want them.
Can I add or remove seats anytime?
