We started Dialerportal because enterprise contact center software was bleeding small businesses dry. Six-figure annual contracts, six-month implementations, support tickets that died in queues. We built the version we wished existed when we were running call centers ourselves.
What we believe
Pricing should be public. If you have to call sales to find out what something costs, it’s already too expensive. We publish every rate on the website.
Setup should take hours, not quarters. No professional services, no certified consultants. If onboarding takes longer than a workday, we built it wrong.
Support should be humans. Click the chat widget on any page and you’re talking to one of us in 30 seconds. No tickets, no Tier 1, no “we’ll get back to you.”
You should own your data. Export everything anytime. No vendor lock-in. If we stop being the best fit, we’ll help you migrate out.
