Dialerportal (“we“, “us“, “our“) operates dialerportal.com and provides cloud contact center, VoIP, Cloud PBX, Call Center, and Vicidial-related services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect information you provide to us (name, email, phone, company, billing address, payment details), information we receive automatically when you use our site or services (IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, referring URLs, cookies), and call-related data when you use our voice services (caller IDs, call duration, call metadata, recordings if you enable that feature).
